Although this unit is well built, there are no combinations of posts that allow the unit to be secured to a normal ceiling. I called both companies and they said I was screwed. Although Pet Solutions were willing to give me an RMA number to send it back, unlike a couple past RMA's, they do not send out a return shipping label so the customer has to pay for the shipping, which for this size of a product is expensive and a hassle to repackage. General Cage reps were polite and referred me to Pet Solutions, Pet Solutions customer support had attitude that was not appreciated especially when there was an easy fix, trade the one long post for a short one, then it would fit. The lady at Pet Solutions would not consider this option and couldn't care less about complicating a customer's attempt for a creative Christmas present. I have been grinched!Product Description
