We live in quite a cold place and it didn't do us much good. The tunnel doesn't stay open like shown in the picture, it collapses, which I think is so it will conserve some of the heat. The heater isn't very strong and our cat didn't like crawling into a collapsed tunnel so it didn't work at all for us. We ended up buying a different cat bed and putting the heater under the new bed. Heater still doesn't do much heating, but is getting more use than when it was in the collapsed tunnel.Product Description
