Review of 62" Kitty Casita 6 Levels

I just brought my American Curl kitten home from NYC where he had been trained by the breeder to use scratching posts and cat trees and he took to this instantly. The dangling mouse is suspended on the second level by elastic and I doubt it will last long as my cat loves the thing and won't leave it alone. He meows at it, swats it and tries ever so hard to rip it down.

Overall the item is simple to assemble, is sturdy and well made. All the posts are covered in sisal rope and my cat is clawing that instead of my furniture. The seller was great too, got it delivered very quickly even on standard shipping and the item arrived in pristine condition.

Review of 62" Kitty Bungalow 6 Levels

My cats love this. A lot of the other huge cat scratchers I looked at were exceptionally busy, but my cats and I like this because the platforms have space for cats to sit and roll around.

The directions leave a little something to be desired, but they got the idea across. Even though I managed to get it together without too much trouble, that's where it became a four-star instead of five-star experience.

One of the levels has a mouse hanging from an elastic string. The string is the perfect length that a cat on the level above it can pull the mouse up to itself, but not rest it on the platform, which kept my cats busy constantly trying to put it in front of them. Unfortunately, it worked a little too well and my cats had removed it within 12 hours of introducing the structure to the house. I can't really fault the manufacturer, you can only attach a tiny plastic item to a tiny elastic thread with so much force.

I was really surprised at how nice this was when we got it. It was easy to assemble and my cats love it! I would recommend this product to anyone with cats that like to use furniture to claw on. My cats actually like and use this item.There are multiple levels to accommodate whatever mood they're in be it sleep, stalk, rough-n-tumble play, or just observing the household. The toys that came with it provide needed entertainment and exercise and the numerous openings accommodate curious paws and noses.It is a well designed and constructed haven that is not small and cheesy nor is it unattractive.My big Maine Coon siblings and my petite Domestic Shorthairs all take turns in/on it.The pad removes for washing and the whole unit can easily be cleaned with a damp towel.Located near a window and up off the ground may contribute to its popularity. Review of Stairway to Heaven Beige

Although this unit is well built, there are no combinations of posts that allow the unit to be secured to a normal ceiling. I called both companies and they said I was screwed. Although Pet Solutions were willing to give me an RMA number to send it back, unlike a couple past RMA's, they do not send out a return shipping label so the customer has to pay for the shipping, which for this size of a product is expensive and a hassle to repackage. General Cage reps were polite and referred me to Pet Solutions, Pet Solutions customer support had attitude that was not appreciated especially when there was an easy fix, trade the one long post for a short one, then it would fit. The lady at Pet Solutions would not consider this option and couldn't care less about complicating a customer's attempt for a creative Christmas present. I have been grinched!

I had a rubber dog door framed and installed in the wall of my bed room,
and after a few years it started to fall apart and water rotted the
wood around the dog door, I wanted something heavy duty that would last,
and thats what I got, the outer frame is metal, the inner door is thick
Plexiglass, the door works well, and is well made, there is one
problem, and it may not be a problem for you, its loud, not just loud,
but really really loud, hurt your ears loud, when the door shuts in the
middle of the night, when your asleep, it sounds like a gun shot, and
its a kinda like crack of the whip sound, I was able to quiet it down
a little by using strips of self adhesive weatherstripping, the weather
striping is about 1 centimeter thick,


I would not recommend this for a bedroom, or any ware a sudden loud
sound will bother you, other than that, its a great product

I luckily received this as a hand-me-down, otherwise I probably wouldn't have ever bought it.I actually own an open-air version with the netting like the other green kittywalk products.I got it when Sharkbait and Bailey were 2 and 3 months old, and it has been their favorite hangout since.When they were small, they loved climbing up and down.Very quickly the top level became their favorite spot.They pulled the cloth "roof" off because they preferred to be at the highest spot and pier out.Now that they are bigger and heavier, they prefer to climb up the outside to the top, and then only climb half way down and jump out the middle hole.

My only suggestion is to put it as far away from your bedroom as possible.When they start jumping on it, and it slams against the door, it can be very loud!And my old roommate will attest to how annoying that can be at 3 in the morning.

The plastic grass blades are too stiff and harsh for tender cat feet. My two Persians hop over the mat and avoid touching it at all costs. I even bought two and duct-tapped them together trying to force them to put their feet on the mat; even that didn't work they flew over the mats and the cat litter flew off their feet and all over the place. It would be a great idea if the plastic were softer as it is, I wish I hadn't spent $40 on these two mats!

This toy is a great idea.My dogs loved the crackling sound that came from having an empty water bottle inside. A couple of weeks ago I bought one from another company.The fabric was much sturdier than this toy has. My dogs loved it so I decided to buy a couple more.For variety, I decided to order this toy thinking it would be just as sturdy. Within half an hour, my dog had bits of the fabric scattered all over the floor. She is having fun with it so I gave it three stars.By tomorrow morning, though, I think the body will have to be thrown away.

I had been looking for the "perfect" pet carrier for some time.After an exhaustive search and several purchases, this turned out to be the perfect one.It is made well and is roomy enough for my little maltese without being too big.It is cute and discreet since it looks like an ordinary tote bag/ large purse.With this, I can sneak my dog into places that I normally would not be able to take him inside.

I wanted something that I could carry on my shoulder, had sides that could be unzipped for my dog to stick his head out, and had a padded chin rest.I also wanted one that had a large enough pocket for my personal items so that I did not also have to carry a purse with me.

We purchased this cat tree and assembled it easily. My cats were immediately interested in it and began playing on it right away.

It is constructed with sisal posts that my cats immediately began to use as scratching posts. My little cat (still a kitten) climbed up one of the base sisal posts like a little monkey. They both love the round hideout with its lookout holes.

It is stable enough to handle two cats climbing and playing on it at a time. It has a wide stance so that it doesn't tip over. All the posts are sisal, which is the most recommended for use as a scratching post.

This was an excellent purchase. I highly recommend it.

This is a very cute bed. But I do offer a word of caution: This bed is recommended for a pet up to 10 pounds! It will not support a pet that is heavier than that! I have one that I purchased for my cat, from my own catalog. She loves it! My cat has used it for over a year now, and it is still in perfect condition. But, I would not get one for a dog, unless it weighed 10 pounds or less. The frame work needs to be assembled.
