I've bought five different models from this company, this being next to the smallest. The cats loved it, of course, and the faux fur is actually more durable than carpeting (strange but true). As all the faux fur models I've bought, this is a snap to clean with a small brush. The fact that it fits into a corner is a big plus and the main reason I purchased this configuration.
The only semi-complaint I had was this model seemd a little unstable because of the offset top nest and smaller base. But then, my cats act like a bunch of pirates jumping a merchant vessel, so they do mistreat their furniture. I simply removed the top nest and flipped it over to use as an extra scratch post. If you have a halfway normal cat or two, you really shouldn't have to worry.
