Upon opening this product, I was surprised that the entire cube was not carpeted - the bottom and inside walls were comprised of exposed particle board. Although my kitty loved this condo, within a couple hours of play I noticed long 'splinters' of wood that had come loose. Apparently, she was able to scratch/bite off pieces of wood and was playing with them (no need to state the danger here). This is especially unacceptable given the price charged to the consumer - it's not a cheap product! Please consider other options before purchasing this product.Product Description
